L1A renewal petition approved but dependents I539 is yet to approve

Dear All, my L1AI extension got approved a month back but my dependent status is not yet changed. I am planning to visit India by this month end and also go for re-stamping. My questions are-
- If there is no decision on dependent application then it seems we need to withdraw the application once we leave from US
- Is there any issue for dependent stamping due to withdrawal of above application ?
- Is the withdrawal immediate as there is 3-4 days gap by when we leave country and go for PA in India ?

If you leave USA, then its called abandoning the extension application. You do not need to do anything.

It can be an problem if their I94 is already expired before they leave USA. By leaving USA, you abandoning your extension petition, causing days after I94 an unauthorized stay for them.
