L1-B Visa Extension

Dear Friends,

I got my L1-B Visa Extension for 2 years i.e., I got I-797 Approval notice & my existing Visa will expire this month 14th. While my company was applying for L1 extension they told me that after Visa extension i need to shift to 'WI' office so they applied extension w.r.t 'WI' (Wisconsin) office address but presently I'm working in 'IN' (Indiana) office.

My question is whether i can continue to work in 'IN' office after 14th or i need to shift to WI office after 14th since extension was applied by mentioning 'WI' address.

Please let me know your valuable inputs & much appreciated.

You can continueto work here until the approval is received. If you decide to work on the same location even after the approval, then you will need to file an H1B amendment.

If you decide to move to the new location, then a new LCA is required.
