Spouse's name misspelt in VFS appointment letter L2

My spouse's name is misspelt (minor - one letter) in the appointment letter. Will this cause a problem during the visa interview process ? She is applying for her L2.

The name is correctly mentioned in the CEAC confirmation page (as per passport).

Please advise. The interview is scheduled next week.

Will the VFS folks ask me cancel the appointment / re submit the DS 160 / re print the confirmation page / book an appointment again ?

or

Can the VFS folks do the change in the existing appointment letter & share the corrected appointment letter ? [ DS 160 details are correct]

I guess, the second option is possible. Just check with them. Or, I guess, they will atleast tell you how to update the name instead of cancel and re-fill the whole form.

I called on VFS help line. They are saying it is not a problem. How did L2query has resolved this through 2nd option?
