RFE for L1b Visa

Hi

my petition was fill with premium processing.

now i need to file info regarding my manag. skills

i have 2 que

1. what is the timeframe to get an answer from the USCIS after we answer
the RFE , do we get an answer witin 15 days ?

2. i was sure the L1B is not connected to my manag. skill , does it mean
that i m not qualify for the l1b ?

i have 15 years of exp. , working 10 year at my compemy

i have some Exp. with supervising 3 employers , but i have a lot of Exp. with technical Skills , this is the reason that this RFE is strange.

do you know what is the timeframe for RFE ?
also how commend is getting an RFE on L1B Petition ?

Timeframe is the same. 2-3 months by normal and 15 days by premium.
