L1 Approved- Travel to India

My L1B Extension approved last week and am planning to travel next month. If I goto India, I need to get stamping. Please advice whether this is right time to travel. Is there any possibility for rejection?

I'm working with my current employer since 2006 and in US for the last 2 years.

No one can predict. If you have all valid necessary documents then nothing to worry. People are going and getting stamping if they have valid things.
