L1 blanket with 15 years educationcocrite

Hi,

i am trying to apply for L1 Blanket through my company, they are going through a education and work experience evaluation because I have 15 years of education , against the US standard of 16 years. I also have 14 years work experience.

Can someone suggest the criteria for the evaluation and will I be applicable for a L1 Blanket ?

L1 doesn't need any education evaluation.
