I have great respect and admiration for your site and the work you do to keep us all updated with excellent, easy, up-to-date information on all topics related to immigration. The answer to my question - I think I have found it but I want to be double sure on it.
Q - I am L1-B visa an my I-94 & 3 year expires in June' 2010. My company is planning to file an extension for me for me. Just in case my extension plea is rejected - how many days I will have to leave US? Is it 30 days? Or I have to leave within a week or on same day?
