my husband and I are working in same company, both on L1B, L1B has a five year limitation, because of less chance to get H1B or green card, so can one of us go back to India on the fifth year of current L1B, another one stay in US for one more year till the end of L1B, and then the one who go back to India will apply a second term L1B(after one year working is India), the one stay in US till the end of first five year apply a L2 based on another's second term L1B? is it ok and feasible? thanks!

Certainly, you can do that & you can give it a try for L1A next time. Please add lead time for new petition approval, applying for L2 EAD for dependent etc.
