My husband is due for his 2nd L1-A renewal on 5/31/20. Can anyone share experiences if blanket route is preferable over individual petition route? His previous approvals were all through petition route and I-140 was approved in EB1-c as well. Also, if we choose blanket route can we apply to schedule interview in Dec-Jan time frame? I read somewhere that it's advisable to schedule upto 90 days in advance of expiry only. But since I am on L2 and working and it's taking more than 4 months to get EAD renewed we would like to get it approved asap. Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you!
