Hi,
I am on L2 Visa. My husband's L1 visa has been expired. But, we have I-94 till Feb 2006. I am planning to visit India for a month. Since I am going to India alone, I will be losing my I-94 status. To come back to USA, I have to get my visa renewed.
My doubt is
1) Can my visa (L2) be renewed based on my husband's I-94 expiration date? (His visa has been expired)
2) Or will my visa be rejected?
3) What would be the time period of my visa?
4) What problems will I have to face during my visa renewal?
Any help in this matter is appreciated.
