  • RFE Response Submitted but Status Didnt Change on Website

Need some help here if anyone has any idea about it.

My attorney submitted the response to RFE in premium processing and through FeDEx we know that it has been received by USCIS on 01st November. I am checking status on the website https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do since then but it is still showing "Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent"

Has anyone experienced the same thing? Counting of 15 days will start from 01st Nov or not?

Counting will be started on Nov 1st. But their site is really not up-to-date, so do not rely on that.

Wait for 15 days & if still no response, then file an SR.

Thank you so much. Is there any number on which I can call and confirm if they have received the case?

I think there there is a number or email on the application form for Premium Processing it should be online USCIS website if you google it.

We have same scenario, FedEx del excepted 1st Nov PP but no change to the case tracking online whereas it did update the first submission.

Also just to say that there are def delays in the tracking system because our Attorney updates us and the USCIS tracking doesn’t update until at least two days later!

Its Veterans Day on Monday 11th I’m not sure whether this delays the 15 days by 1 day or not.

The Premium processing is for 15 calendar days. Holidays won't delay the processing.
