Hi,
I have a question about L2 Visa. If L1B Visa Holder's DS160 form is having spouse name wrong then would that create any problem for applying L2 to spouse?
Please let me know the answer...........

She can attend anytime she wants as long as the L1 petition remains valid.

Query for L2 Dependent

Hi,
I am having L1B Visa.
I got married in December, and my wife is having passport, but in her maiden name (name before marriage) and have not changed the details in my wife's passport, so that it reflects my name.Will my "marriage certificate" suffice as a proof for the dependant visa, or I would need get the change in the passport done?
