I have few questions with respect to L1A GC processing. Any help is appreciated. Can I stay in USA beyond 7 yrs if I have a pending I-485 application? Also if I get my I-765 (EAD) approved before exhausting 7 yrs can I continue working? Can I go out of USA and come back while my I-485 application is pending.

Thanks for the response. Does EAD processing depends on your GC processing type? Like if I get my GC processed under EB1 vs EB2 are there any chances of me getting my EAD sooner?Comment
