L1A Blanket - Direct Reports Qualification

Hi

My employer is preparing documentation for L1A blanket petition. Appreciate your clarification and insight on the below.

1) I have 2 direct reports and around 50 indirect reports - is this ok or should i adjust to reflect more Direct reports.
2) Direct Reports Qualification - Both my directs are Diploma Holders (not bachelors Degree). Does this matter for the application to be successful?

That is fine though, as long as you still manage them. Like those 50 indirect reportees are reporting to your 2 direct reportees.

Depends on your field of work.

Thanks Libra_14 for the quick response. For question 2, I am responsible for running an IT team delivering support for internal employees for a US organization.
So in this case, does my directs holding a BACHELORS DEGREE make a difference? Appreciate your advise on this one. Thank you.

At least your immediate reportees should have an bachelor degree. Indirect reportees are fine with a mix of Degree & Diploma.
