L1A Petition valid until May 2020. Can I travel in Jan-Feb'2020 and get stamped

My L1A extension petition is valid until May 2020 and currently without VISA stamped. I need to travel to India in Feb 2020.

Is it advisable to go for stamping in Jan'2020 with only 5 months valid petition? Are there any risks either at Consulate or at port of entry ?
Also, what are the changes to get L1 Visa renewed by Jan 2020 if I apply in Nov'2019 with Premium processing ?

Appreciate if someone can share their experiences or any suggestion?

If you need to go outside USA, then do it - I don't see any risk in it - you still have 5 months remaining.

Your petition is already valid till May 20, why would you renew it in Nov?
