Hi ,
submitted an application for L1A through premium processing. the result came back for RFE(request for further evidence). Could someone tell me the most common requests and how long this can take. Thank you

Every application are being thoroughly reviewed & have different set of questions for each individuals.

Once you receive your RFE letter, you'll have ~90 days to respond to it. Once the response reaches the USCIS they will process it within 15 days (as RFE will also be considered as premium).

We are also in same situation. My husband's L1 which was submitted on Nov 7th (Receipt Date Nov 12th) received RFE. We are completely taken aback as it is being handled by top law firm and considerable time was spent in reviewing the documents before filing the petition. We have to wait till Attorneys receive the actual RFE to know the RFE reasons / questions.

Ours was the same L1a rfe asking for further evidence of executive position. We returned the extra evidence required and it has just been approved. It’s very stressful situation no doubt. The renewals are being treated as brand new applications. This was at California service center.
