L1 Visa PED Date is prior to Visa Expiry Date

Dear Sir/Madam,
Last year November I got my L1 B Visa approved and I am planning to travel to USA in Jan 2020. Below were the details

Valid Until Date in I129S : 30-Jan-2020
Visa Expiry in Visa Stamped : 20-Nov-2021
PED Date in Visa Stamped : 30-Jan-2020

I have primarily following question

1. Can I stay with current VISA in USA beyond 30-Jan-2020 and my Visa is still Valid ?
2. In case Visa is not valid beyond 30-Jan-2020, then do I need to file fresh petition or extension ?
3. If it is an extension then do I need to appear for Visa Interview again?

Visa is merely used for entry purpose into USA. Having a valid visa does not give you permission to stay in USA.
Your stay is defined by your I94. What is your I94 expiry date?
Also, You can work till your PED only, post that you need either extension is process or approved petition to work.

In case Visa is not valid beyond 30-Jan-2020, then do I need to file fresh petition or extension ?

If your I94 is still valid, you can stay in USA till I94 expiry date.
If not, you just need to file for extension of your petition to continue staying & working in USA.

If it is an extension then do I need to appear for Visa Interview again?

Extension doesn't need you to go through the interview process, interview is needed only when you need to renew your visa.
