We have interviews scheduled at London Embassy for L1/2.
Website says children under 14 are generally not required to attend. We have a 12 and 10 year old.
When we applied in Belfast in 2015 we did not take the children just the evidence required and it was fine.
I emailed the contact support at London to double check and received a response back to say that they must attend which is contradictory to their own website info.
On this website there is advise to say children under 14 MUST attend which is contradictory to the Embassy website.
I have emailed them back to this effect and await their reply however I wondered if anybody else had visa appointments at London and didn’t take their under 14 children.
Maybe the rules have changed, maybe due to the new biometrics rules.
We have train and hotel booked currently for two and would like some more clear advice!
thanks
