I have a valid L2 visa till January 2020.
I was in US from August to November 15 ,2019 .
I applied for L2 EAD (i 765) in the month of August while being inUS.
i have to travel back to India for some personal reason and will not be back to US until few months.
My case is in ‘Case Received’ status now.
my question is : Will my I 765 processing for L 2 EAD be abandoned being outside US?Will it impact my i765 processing anyway?
Any information on this will really help
