L1A Individual Extension Denied what are my options to get back into USA sooner

My wifes L1A Individual Visa extension was recently denied after a RFE submission .We dont know what is the exact reason for denial given .
What is the best option to re-file my application to aim to return back to the USA soon as possible.

Is there any cooling period to reapply? Can we immediately file a fresh L1A? How it would satisfy 1 year abroad condition in three preceding years?

If you are in USA, then you can appeal for the denial decision - consult an attorney for that.

If you are NOT in USA, then I guess your visa/petition is also expired. You'll need a new petition. New petition you'll need to stay outside USA for 1 year, before applying.
