For Canada visa

After rejection of L1A visa, what are options of moving to Canada either on work visa or some other way. My i94 is expired

For now you should leave USA asap - so that you can apply for future US visa without any issue.

For Canada visa, you can apply for it from your come country & then move to Canada.
