USCIS petition approved-L1B Individual Interview

Hi All,

After the rejection of my L-1B Blanket in Chennai, my USCIS petition got approved without any RFE.
I have my interview in a few days. Could you please suggest what/how to prepare and what are the chances of being rejected at this stage of the Individual Interview ?

Is it just a formality and the stamping happens or can one get rejected at this stage too ?

I've had the same experience of rejection of L-1A Blanket at Chennai and now the prep is on for individual petition. Could you please let me know the following:

1) Timeline from blanket interview to approval of individual petition
2) Was it premium processing?
2) What were the specific documents shared for the individual petition?
3) Did your attorney mention of anything in particular while filing individual petition to avoid receiving RFE?

Information would be very helpful for me to be mindful while submitting my documents.

Haven't reached the DS160 yet as petition is being filed for L-1A individual. How has your experience been for individual filing?

Anything in specific you mentioned in the documents to avoid RFE?
