Travel when L2 EAD in process

I have applied for my wife's EAD after getting her L2.
She has been waiting for her I-765 Renewal for the last 2 months.
In this situation, can she go to India for vacation?
Will there be any problem while entering US after stamping?

I-765 has nothing to do with your status. If you have a valid visa & petition, the you are fine travelling outside & re-enter into USA.
