L2 EAD Clarification Requested

Hi - I have L2 visa but working in India & my wife is working at USA on L1 through an employer.

As I got info that to get EAD on L2 will take atleast 3months, so I need to be IDLE till then...so Can I enter into US on L2 and apply for EAD and again back to India by continuing the previous employment and once I got EAD may be after 3-4months back to US again and start working at US?

Please respond to this question as share me your best openion on this situation.

Got L2 EAD in 2 months

Hi - As suggested by the active members in other groups, I decided to stay at US being Idle after applying for EAD and then appeared for Biometric after a month as date given by USCIS and later in a month ( i.e total of 2 months) I got EAD and now I started working as well.
