Hi,
I am here in US on L1 from abc company. after 2-3 months my company was bought by def company in india. My visa is still with my abc company, but my pay check got changed to def company.
I am going back to india to get married, when I apply for L2 visa for my wife, the def company has to process her visa.
will there be any problem for her L2 stamping as my L1 visa is with abc company name and my wife L2 will be processed by def company, and i she needs to caryy my petition and copy of my visa alont with her documents.
I am in a dilemma. Please provide some information.
