Travel on L1 B individual on per diem Basis

My visa got approved early in 2019. Currently my project has a short term need of 3 months which requires my travel to US for 3months. Company will not change my payroll. I will be getting india salary and per diem expenses in US. Will this cause any issue at port of entry? Will this be an issue for my future travel?

Should not be a problem in USA. You need to see how you'll file taxes at the end of year.
