L1B required documents for second time visa application!!!

I am already in the US with L1B visa. Now, I'm going back to my country to meet my family and will come back. I will have to apply for visa again.

Questions:
1. Do I need to take an employment letter from my current employer directly addressing the consulate in my country?
2. Do I still need to have experience letter from my previous employer?
3. Do I need to have my updated Resume with a cover page?

For all the point, not "required", but no harm in carrying it.

I would not risk my visa, just because I did not carried certain document. You can re-use the earlier issued letter, no new letter required.
