L1-B Status changed to AP to application received

Hi all,
I'm applying for L1-B visa.
2 Dec- Interview - Visa approved, no slip given.
2-11Dec CEAC status - Administrative Processing
11 Dec - Application Received

No further update.
Any idea what it means for application to go from AP to application received?

Their online site is not really online & neither it is 100% up-to-date. Multiple people reported that their online status showing AP & they got approval notice or passport with visa in mail.
