Hi All,
I had my visa interview at Delhi Embassy on 26-Apr.
The VO who interviewed me was black American lady and interview went like this
Me:Good Morning
VO:No response
VO:Please provide the documents
Me:Sure.Here it is
VO:How long you have been working in your organization
Me:2 year 4 months
VO:Please provide last 3 months salary slips
Me:Sure,Here it is.
VO:What is your designation
Me: IT Analyst
VO:What is your specialized knowledge
Me:I am a network administrator with domain experience of 5 years.I will be supporting and maintaining clients network devices using my organizations internally developed tools ,procedures and methodologies.
VO:Looked confused and said we need more information from you.
She kept my passport and gave me two I-129S form after stamping "Application Received" under Action Block column.Then she asked me to go to another counter no 10
At counter no 10 ,an Indian lady provided me pink form which states that my case has been suspended under section 221g and they required additional information to further process my application.
I need to know following things from anyone who has also undergone the same.
1)In which case a candidate is given pink form.Does it means all doors closed for me to get L1B visa
2)How long does it take for visa processing once i send them the documents via mail
3)My passport was kept at counter 10.The lady asked if i wish i may take it along with me or i can mail the requested documents.Since my passport is already with them do i have to reappear for interview again once i provide them the documents requested under pink form.
4) My case status shows"Your case is currently undergoing processing".Does it mean they are considering my case or waiting for me to provide them the additional information.
