How to track a service request for not yet received the original letter after 30 days
My L1A case was approved on 20 Nov, my attorney did not receive the original approval letter(only i797c was received)until 20 Dec. My attorney has filed a request for the original approval letter on 20 Dec.
Not sure why it takes such long time for the original hard copy, normally it should only take 1-2 weeks.. I will need reschedule my visa interview since I will need bring the original letter to the local consulate. Is there any idea how can I track the service request? I am afraid it will take additional a month even more time... Thanks!
