L1b VISA expired but I94 and I129s is still valid

My L1B Visa is expired on the passport but both I94 and I129s are valid. And moreover the stamp that I got upon my first entry to the US at immigration is valid as well.

upon exit from US can I re-enter with this valid stamp and valid I94 & I129s? Or I would need to go and get a my visa re-stamped at the Embassy/Consulate.

would really appreciate any help.

No, you need a valid visa to re-enter into USA.
