DS160 - Adding Mobile number in social media section

In the Social Media section, Mobile number needs to be added for last 5 year.

Now there would be many people who would have used US and INDIAN (or other countries) numbers.

These fields are not accepting '+' to show country code. like ** xxxxx for US and +91 xxxx For INDIA.

How did you handle this situation?
