Thanks for all your help so far. Now, I have got a follow up:

    1. As you know that I have an approved H1B from 2018 which I have never used and is expiring in February 2020. Lets call it Petition#1
    2. I have another approved extension H1B petition on top of the petition mentioned in line item #1. Lets call it Petition#2

Also, I have filed the DS160 form using the receipt number from Petition#1. Since, i have got the latest H1B petition, how can i modify the US Consulate interview information so that i can use my Petition#2

Interview date is March 2 and I dont want to book another appointment as it would cost me another $190 and i wont get an appointment in five weeks from now.

      File a new DS160.

        Thanks Libra_14

Just to reiterate: I file a new DS-160 using new receipt number and then take both DS-160's for the visa appointment (which i booked using old DS-160 number)?
