Hi Experts,
I came to USA on 01-Mar-2010. I had completed my port of entry in washington DC. I am holding L1 visa type. At port of entry while completing the immigration formalities, that counter person has written visa type as L1 on my I-94, but it looks like C1. I found this mismatch when i have applied for SSN.
From SSN office i am getting response like it will take time to get it corrected and to get the SSN. 45 days completed still i didn't get any response from them.
Can anybody help me out to solve my issue. To whom i have to contact and what i have to do?
