I'm moving from L1 to H1. In DS-160, there is a section named Temporary Work Visa Information where we need to fill information such as Petition Number, Company who Filed Petition, Monthly Income and so on. After submitting DS-160, I got a new employment verification letter with the revised wage. So there is a discrepancy between the monthly wage I mentioned in Temporary Work Visa page ($12,000) and the one I’ll get ($12,510) once I’ll move to H-1b. Do I need to file new DS-160? Please let me know.
