    Hi all,

    I am working as UX/UI Designer. My company is planing L1 B ( USA ) for me.
    • Education: BA ( Bachor of Arts )
    • Experience : 8 years ( with present company 11 years ( Total )
    • Certifications: Human Factors - Certified Usability Analysts
    is my qualifications are good for L1 B visa ?

    is there anyone ( UX/UI Designer ) applied/moved USA with L1 B Visa.?

    By definition L1B means, you hold some proprietary knowledge, which is difficult to find in USA & hence your company need to move you to USA.

    So you need to frame your application & interview answers showing that. Having an degree with experience is just one of the thing required.
