    L1A Process to Greencard

    I am pretty new to all these processes. Can any one tell me what’s the approx time to get a green card if I apply for it in March 2020. On an L1 A visa and will be applying under EB1C. Thanks!

    I also wanted to know do we have to wait to apply for GC or can we apply as soon as we are in USA on L1A. My employer asked me to wait for 2 years to apply for GC
