Anybody has the data of L1A Individual Approval / RFE / Rejections statistics in Q42019 /Q12020? Most of the cases I saw in my Org, went for RFE for L1A individual petitions

If not bad with guessing, I am with the same employer you are talking! What I heard from reliable source is, they are seeing 20% more rejections with L1 petitions in last few quarters relatively to previous year.
