Dear All, thank you for the forum - all the question help.

Submitted a new application for L1a individual after being denied. after application was received by uscis we hada notice/RFE within 2 days. is this a good thing that they took so quick to respond? the info we need to supply is only on the further duties in the USA managerial role. comments would be welcome.

Consider it good for your profile. RFE means they haven't rejected your petition, but still giving you another chance to provide evidence for the duties. Stay positive.
