Hi - My Employer filed my L1B extension(Normal Processing) and L2 Extension for my wife on 10-Jan-2020 both together. We received the Receipt Notice & Biometric appointment noticed for L2. But i haven't received my L1B Extension Receipt Notice yet. Is this something common? or USCIS generate my receipt only after L2 biometrics is completed.

Its not common process from USCIS end. However its common for USPS to lost mails. Open an service request to get a duplicate receipt after 9th Feb.- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice. Just sharing MY opinion with an intent to help others.
