Help needed on RFE for L-1A individual petition

Hello All,

I'm a Manager with a firm for 9yrs and have a team of 6 direct reports. Work on SAP and transformation projects as Program Manager.

My L-1A blanket was rejected and then my firm filed for L-1A ind with premium processing. I thought the documents submitted were good enough to have the petition approved.

Received RFE with additional list of documents

1) A detailed list of duties performed by me currently in India and a support letter for my position with detailed duties in US.
2) Additional evidence of hiring / firing of resources
3) Another Org chart (though the one I shared earlier is the only one I can have)
4) Work products that show my managerial position
5) Any other documents exhibiting my managerial experience.

But I'm so confused on the list of documents. Could you please guide me on the list of documents that have been submitted by anyone who faced the same dilemma? How do I word the additional list of duties which show that my experience is truly managerial. I read through the Administrative decisions on USCIS website and they really get me worried and confused on how to structure my petition.

Please help. Would really appreciate your assistance.

Probably you need to explain a little more on your duties.

2) Additional evidence of hiring / firing of resources

Probably interview response sheet, or performance feedback when you fired someone.

3) Another Org chart (though the one I shared earlier is the only one I can have)

Probably more details, like name & hierarchy starting from very top level & hierarchy of similar managers & their reportees.

4) Work products that show my managerial position

Approving high level plans etc.

5) Any other documents exhibiting my managerial experience.

Emails assigning work to your sub-ordinates, approving their leaves etc.
