Can L1 revoke L2 while married? L1 rights.

Hello, I need your advice.

I`m L1A visa holder, my wife and two kids are dependent as L2.
Now we are on the stage of divorce which is happening in our original country and this will take a while, and my wife is willing to stay in US no matter what. Even illegally. She is forcing me to get her a Green Card, which I don`t want to and even maybe just can`t and also it will take tons of time which we do not have.
Also, we can`t leave together and I can`t support them financially while they are in the US if we will live separately, but I can do it as soon as they will travel back to our country. I`m worried about the kids and will not allow her to stay here.

Questions are:
1. I can`t force her to leave, and she does not allow me to get at least kids back, so what are my rights here and what are her rights if L1 holder want to cancel L2;
2. Can I cancel L2 while we are still married?
3. In case I will travel back to the original country to search for other work while my L1 still active, can it be treated as abuse that I left the wife alone? How can I secure my self, as I just can`t force her to go back?

Just tear away her visa in her passport & do not provide any of your documentation for her to get a new visa .

Legally no, but be aware that she can file for her own green card mentioning she is a victim of domestic violence. Search about VAWA act.

If you leave your L1 status (leaving country & job), then the L2 will be void.

my lawyer filed my vawa case on jan 3rd 2020 and was received by immigration on jan 8th 2020 but since then i havent received any receipts from the immigration. is there any thing going wrong in my application?

Talk to your attorney to file a service request to get the receipt.
