I-539 extension - Filing without an attorney

Hi,
Could anyone please help me?
Can I file for my daughter's I539 extension on my own online? My daughter is 16 years old.

If I can file online, will I get the receipt immediately?

Appreciate any details on this .

If your L1 extension is approved & her visa is still valid, better to have her visit to Mexico/Canada/Caribbean & enter USA again - no need to wait for I539 etc.

Receipt number doesn't matter, you just need to ensure that the application is reached USCIS before her current I94 expiry.
