L1 Petition Denied

Hi

I recentley had my L1 petition denied. i am not in management at the moment, i have specialised knowledge and am in senior technical position, so the petition was based around a management job so i can train/develop staff over the next few years to have this same skill and bring UK type technology into the USA.

Went through RFE, NOID then got denial. Denial had a few reason, number 1 reason of not proving i have been employed for more than 1 year at my company. i have been here 13 years, we provided, job offer letters dating back 6-7 years, HR letter, P60 for last 6-7 years (UK version of W2). They also mentioned about me traveling to the USA on ESTA over last few years. This was to techncially support our sister sites in the USA. Anyway enough of all the nitty gritty details.

What are my options going forward. The company i work is for is adiminent they need me in the USA due to my skill set and the knowledge isnt easily available.

Can we just re-apply, or will they look at the previous petition and take this into consideration.

Any help will be gratefully recieved.

It was an I-129 petition, my job position will be a manager but i am current in a technical role, so we were basing it around specicalised knowledge.

I assume it was an L1B Blanket visa application - currently it has very high rejection rate.

You should try for L1B individual now.
