L1 blanket rejected. when can i reapply

My L1 blanket got rejected on 14 May. I have an immediate requirement from the client, and hence got to travel asap.

Can i apply immdtly on L1 individual ? Or is there any prescribed time to wait for re-applying?

Pls anyone advice us me on this.
