L1B & I-94 Expiry Dates

That would be one answer.....

But I have seen people who went to india, and when they came back......

they actully had the I-94 dates extended.. I check with them, they told, they haven't applied for any kind of extension or anything.....

Is by luck, or there is some math involved??????

When you apply for extension of your L1, and if approved, you will get a new approval notice and new I-94.

Alternatively, you can exit US and reenter with new approved L1, and then you'll get new I-94 at port of entry.
