L1 B extension approved. Received I797A. have copy of I129.

1. Which number should I write under Application receipt/petition number in DS160? the receipt number from I797A or I129?
2. After entering US, can we request for more time on I94. My petition will expire in May and my company will be filing another extension.
3. I have filled DS160 for Hyderabad location. Can I go to Chennai for Visa stamping.? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Yes, its called extension of stay (Form # I539), but your I94 will be based on your petition expiry date.

If you've already taken appointment, then you cannot change it now.
Since you living in USA now (left Indian residence). You can go to any consulate outside USA for stamping.
