L2 extension for my family query

My initial L1A-Blanket visa was approved in 2016 and the visa stamp was still 2021 however the I 129 was approved only till 2019 and the same was marked on the VISA stamp. My family's L2 was also stamped till 2021 but with PED till 2019. I got a fresh L1A-Blanket VISA in 2019 and the WAC number changed for that since the company I work for was acquired. The question is - can my family still use the same L2 VISA stamp that is valid till 2021 ? My Immigration person in HR team says so- but I am little confused. Any pointers ?

Yes, your family can use the existing visa. L2 are dependent on L1s, hence as long as L1 is maintaining a valid status, L2 can use their existing visa.

Ensure either you travel with them, or have them carry all proof that you maintaining L1 status (copy of your passport, visa, new petition, etc).
