I filed for my EAD in Nov 2019, requested for expedite recently which was rejected... the USCIS tracker updates date from last status change- like now showing expedite request denied since 4 days.... how to know exact status and by when to expect EAD? this is with Vermont centre- anyone experienced same?

USCIS does not usually tell you the interim status of your case. Processing time estimates for each case and service center are available on USCIS website but those are only estimates. I had filed for my EAD in August and as per USCIS timelines it had to come by January but it still hasn't come yet. Multiple calls and follow ups are also useless as they don't provide you with any further insights.Comment

My RD for L2 EAD renewal is 20th August and I too am still waiting. My expedite request was denied too inspite of a letter from my employer and other evidence to show impact of not joint work.
Anyway, all we can do is wait. They also not seem to be processing as per the chronological order. I see applications from December getting approved.Comment

I applied for L2 EAD in Oct 2019 and received it on 18th March 2020. You should be getting pretty soon. You can login to https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do and enter the receipt number for the status. All the best.Comment
