Travel to India on Business/Personal trips while on L1

I have a valid Indian passport and got my L1-B visa approved recently for a visa duration for 3 years. I will be traveling to the US during mid-March.
Once I enter the US, can I still travel to India for short Business trips(2-3 weeks) and re-enter the US on the L1 visa? The project I currently work for has stakeholders both in India and the US, so I may need to do short business trips to India every 3-4 months. Will I face issues in re-entry to the US in this case?

Also, if I travel for personal reasons to India during the next 3 years, will it cause issues during re-entry to the US?
